What is the delivery schedule?

The delivery is scheduled on a weekly basis. For new customers, once you have selected the number of bottles and setup your recurring delivery, you don't need to repeat this step. In case you need more bottles than your regular delivery, you can select the product you wish to receive additional deliveries for and click "Add to Cart".

How do I pay for the water delivery?

You can setup your Al Ain Water wallet and recharge your wallet using your credit card. The water bottles continue to be delivered to you based on the number of bottles you have requested. The app also reminds you when your wallet balance is low so you can top-up your wallet, You may also top-up your Al Ain water wallet under the "Wallet" section.

When will I receive my first order?

New customer orders will be delivered within 48 hours except recurring orders. Recurring orders will be delivered according to their schedule.

Do I have to be at home to receive my water delivery?

That won't be necessary. If you have setup your delivery, you can leave the bottles outside your home. Whenever your wallet balance runs low, please top-up your wallet to continue a seamless experience.

How do I order additional bottles?

To place an additional order, please select the product you wish to receive additional delivery for and click the 'Add to Cart' option to proceed with delivery.

What if I am going on vacation?

You can temporarily stop your delivery for the duration you go on vacation. Tap on the 'Active' tab under 'My Subscriptions' and select 'Pause Delivery' along with the dates during which you would like your delivery to be paused.

How do I resume my bottle delivery?

If you had temporarily stopped your delivery earlier, you can resume your scheduled delivery by selecting the

'Activate delivery' button under the

'Paused' tab of your Subscription menu screen

How do I change my contact details?

Any change in your address details will need to be updated by contacting our call centre on 800 25246

What features does the shop have?

Our website gives you the ability to register as a new customer, top up your wallet, access your account information, track orders and contact us via email or phone

Can I register & access multiple locations within my account?

Yes, you may add multiple locations & place orders accordingly.

How current is the account information I see on the website?

The information you see on the website is shown in real-time, so it's always accurate. However, if you keep the page open for an extended period of time, you should refresh the page by selecting a new option in order to ensure the information is still current.

How do I find your offices and payment locations?

Payment transactions can be done through on the website however if you would like to know more, you may also click the 'Contact Us' tab

What do I need to have to setup my account as a new customer?

In order to setup your account, you'll need an active mobile number, email address and your delivery location.
